1. Controller and collected data

Le D is the controller for this website. The contact form collects your name, email address, optional website address and the information entered in your message.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Form data is used solely to reply to your request and prepare a possible service, based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. No data is sent to a remote CRM, sold or rented.

3. Consent-based audience measurement

Only after your consent, the site may enable Google Analytics 4 and internal audience measurement. The internal system records the page, referring domain, language, device type, screen-size category, visit duration and active time. It uses a random pseudonymous browser identifier and does not store your raw IP address or full browser details.

4. Recipients and retention

Messages are received by Le D and hosted by OVHcloud. Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 12 months. Internal daily statistics are retained on a rolling 25-month basis and the audience identifier for up to 13 months. Google processes its own data under its terms when accepted.

5. Your rights and choices

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection where applicable by emailing a.bourguignon@le-ddev.com. Consent can be withdrawn at any time from the cookie-settings icon at the bottom of the page. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
